The "Klosterwirt" was built in 1514 by the abbess Ursula Pfäffinger as an economic building. Over the centuries, it has been rebuilt several times. From 1930 onwards, the "Klostercafe" (Monastery Café) was used by the numerous pilgrims to Blessed Irmengard as a welcome rest and fortification.
Today, the building is leased as a restaurant to the monastery host, who is set to the seminar business and can also meet the highest standards of festive hospitality.

For the physical well-being of our seminar participants and guests the "Klosterwirt" offers low-priced seminar catering (Bufettform) including fruit spritzer and Grander water with the meals.

For the seminar participants in the monastery simple but comfortable rooms in three categories are available. We will gladly endeavor to meet your request for a specific room. However, we ask for your understanding if we can not make any specific commitments at the time of booking.

The seminar area is an integral part of our abbey. It is expected that the seminar guests adapt to the monastic environment and behave considerately.
The house rules pretend that after 21:30pm no one may be bothered by noise.
The entire seminar area including monastery courtyard is smoke-free zone!
